Firefall International was formed in 1994 by Dr. Jim and Nancy Pennington of Hot Springs, AR in obedience to Jesus’ great commission to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). They have served in over 30 nations, focusing on strengthening the persecuted church in Asia during the last decade.
Firefall International is transforming nations through compassionate partnerships. They invest in mentoring relationships with national leaders, forming spiritual sons and daughters who make their own spiritual sons and daughters. They provide resources for creative outreach to transform communities by addressing areas of need, both physical and spiritual.
Firefall International is fulfilling the great commission through:
Compassion Education Center (Yangon, Myanmar) - Providing education, discipleship and life skill training to children from areas of dire poverty.
Evangelistic outreaches and church planting in previously unreached areas, some among unreached people groups.
Sports ministries - Hundreds of young men are impacted through soccer teams and tournaments. Many are hearing the gospel for the first time.
Disaster relief to those devastated by floods, famine and fire, providing food, clothing and other essentials.
Leadership training in personal spiritual growth, ministry development and marriage and family life.
Mentoring national church leaders, providing guidance, encouragement and strategy to help them move from vision to fruitfulness.
Micro loans (Seeds of Hope) to help families start small businesses and move from poverty to productivity.
Teaching & preaching in churches and schools in the U.S. to share the Father’s heart for the harvest, providing churches with an introduction to missions.
Coaching of missionaries and ministry leaders in the U.S. and internationally.
